2. Service Description

BRADARENT offers premium yacht charter, luxury car rental, and exclusive villa rental services in Ibiza and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Yacht charters (catamarans, motorboats, sailboats)
• Luxury and exotic car rentals
• Premium villa rentals
• Concierge services
• Event planning and coordination

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Reservations can be made through our website, by email, phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by BRADARENT.

3.2 Deposit and Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the rental period begins. For bookings made within 30 days of the rental period, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods as specified during the booking process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Yacht and Car Rentals

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the rental period: 90% refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made 30-60 days before the rental period: 50% refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental period: No refund

4.2 Villa Rentals

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the rental period: 80% refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made 60-90 days before the rental period: 50% refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the rental period: No refund

4.3 Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer rescheduling options or credit for future services.

5. User Responsibilities and Requirements

5.1 Yacht Charters

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years for renters
• Valid identification (passport or ID card) required for all passengers
• Appropriate boating license or certification as required by law
• Compliance with all maritime regulations and safety instructions
• Responsibility for any damage caused by negligence or misuse

5.2 Car Rentals

• Minimum age requirement: 25 years
• Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
• Valid credit card in the renter's name
• Compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
• Responsibility for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties

5.3 Villa Rentals

• Minimum age requirement: 25 years
• Valid identification for all guests
• Compliance with property rules and regulations
• Responsibility for any damage to the property or its contents
• Adherence to maximum occupancy limits

6. Security Deposits

A security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies depending on the type and value of the rental. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the rental period, subject to inspection for damages or violations.

7. Insurance

Basic insurance is included in all rental prices. Additional insurance options are available for purchase. Customers are advised to review the insurance coverage details before finalizing their booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

BRADARENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BRADARENT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BRADARENT and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ibiza, Spain.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
